You will have your ups and downs throughout life, but by actively looking after yourself and trying to feel your best, you can make a difference. Here are three easy things you can do that will make a difference.
Give yourself time to prepare your hair
In the morning, get up a little earlier to prepare your hair. Your appearance is very important, and by spending time on it, you’ll appreciate yourself that little more. Straighten your hair or curl it, and wear your hair how you feel best. Booking a pamper session at your local salon every few months can help keep your hair feeling natural and bounce. Dress your best
There will be a big difference to your day if you leave the house wearing something nice. When you put on your favourite skirt, a nice top and a smart pair of shoes, you’ll feel positive about your appearance and the chances are, others will notice and compliment you. This is a lot different to going out in a tracksuit or your loungewear. Try it and actively pay attention to how many people notice what you are wearing – when you pay attention, you will enjoy all the compliments.

If you have a busy lifestyle, get everything out the day before, so that you can get up and have it there, ready to go.
