I also finally take the mom master list (that I shared in my last vlog) and create an ideal day schedule to help plug and play some of my regular responsibilities into my calendar. But best of all? Today's video is a wee bit different as I dive into a purposeful mindset shift, change some habits up (long overdue!) and practice some very intentional (but simple & mostly free) self care (also VERY long overdue). As someone who has many plates spinning in the air at any given moment and who loves their todo lists (maybe a little too much), this experiment was shockingly successful. It's days later as I'm writing this, and I still can't believe how these small shifts have altered how I feel not just day to day but from moment to moment.
